Ministers and Christian counselors working with men and couples in marital difficulty often encounter men experiencing emotional and spiritual distress, including distress connected with a wide variety of sexual issues. In your role as pastoral counselor, you may have assisted men struggling with disturbing feelings and questions related to a marriage with minimal sex or no sexual relationship.

We have three requests for you:

• Help us make men from the Church of Christ aware of this study by referring potentially interested men to the study website.

• Share the study’s website address with other ministers and counselors from the Church of Christ who may have worked with men from the Church of Christ who have experienced this distressing sexual experience.

• Contact gary@cofcmen.com if you are interested in sharing your counseling experience in assisting men struggling with this experience. We are looking for several counselor participants to provide insights.

The study is open to participants from June 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024. This limited window means we need as much help as possible in getting the word out to men about this study. Thank you for your concern about our brothers, their spiritual/mental wellbeing, and the health of their marriages.
